| Abstract: | Розглянуто проблеми адаптивного управління сучасним підприємством; проаналізовано необхідність формування нової управлінської політики, принципів, механізму адаптації підприємства до умов середовища, що швидко змінюється; обґрунтовано методологічні принципи й технології побудови адаптивних управлінсько-виробничих систем в умовах впливу дестабілізаційних факторів в Україні. Розглянуто функції нової системи адаптивного управління. Визначено основні показники якості реалізації адаптивних стратегій в управлінні підприємствами. Сутність поняття адаптивного управління бізнес-системами визначено як управлінську діяльність, спрямовану на підтримку сталого розвитку та рівня конкурентоспроможності. |
| Description: | The article considers the problems of adaptive management of a modern enterprise; the necessity of formation of new administrative policy, principles, the mechanism of adaptation of the enterprise to environmental conditions is analyzed; methodological principles and technologies of construction of adaptive management and production systems in the conditions of influence of destabilizing factors in Ukraine are substantiated. The functions of the new adaptive control system are considered. The main indicators of the quality of implementation of adaptive strategies in enterprise management are determined. The essence of the concept of adaptive management of business systems is defined as management activities to support sustainable development and the level of competitiveness. The author emphasizes the need to modernize governance, move to indirect regulation of the economy, introduce public control, bring the tax and fiscal system to civilized norms of civil society, abolish administrative pricing and subsidies for chronically ill enterprises, introduce market methods of monetary refinancing of the economy, apply transparent competitive methods. government orders, contracts and resources. To build capacity in conditions of economic uncertainty in the environment, companies should assess the benefits of global experience in change management, identify their own approaches, technologies that can be useful in conducting business and adapting business strategies. It is possible to use the full potential of the state and business structures in strategic areas by adapting production strategies to the needs of society, clear program actions in the relevant areas of industrial development, modernization. |
