| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Досліджено сутність і зміст державно-владних повноважень Бюро економічної безпеки України, а також визначено їх місце в структурі адміністративно-правового статусу Бюро економічної безпеки України. Окреслено основні ознаки державно-владних повноважень Бюро економічної безпеки України, а також сформульовано їх науково обґрунтовану дефініцію. Детально проаналізовано законодавчо закріплені повноваження Бюро економічної безпеки України, визначено їх недоліки, прогалини, суперечності, і на основі виконаного аналізу обґрунтовано найбільш перспективні способи їх усунення. |
| Опис: | The essence and content of state powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine have been studied, various scientific approaches to determining their relationship with such legal categories as «powers» and «functions» are analyzed. The place of powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine in the structure of its administrative and legal status is determined. A detailed description of the structure of powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine has been provided, within which its rights and responsibilities in the field of public administration are singled out. The main features of state powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine are outlined, and their scientifically sound definition is formulated. The powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, enshrined in Section II of the Law of Ukraine «On Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine», analyze their shortcomings, gaps, contradictions, and based on the analysis substantiate the most promising ways to eliminate them. The author has analyzes only the most obvious shortcomings and gaps in the legal regulation of the powers of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, which may negatively affect the effectiveness of its tasks and functions in the field of combating offenses that affect the functioning of the state economy. The presence of most of them can be explained by the fact that the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine is a fundamentally new law enforcement agency, whose activities are based on the latest principles of protecting the economic security of democracies with developed market economies, and takes into account the most advanced methods of combating economic crime. |
