| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Стаття присвячена аналізу адміністративно-правового регулювання освіти в Україні на шляху до включення у європейський та світовий освітній простір. Підкреслюється значення освіти для поступального розвитку держави та суспільства. Аналізується стан законодавчого регулювання вітчизняної освітньої сфери. Зроблено висновок, що реформування та модернізація освіти України має вирішити такі важливі для нашої держави завдання як: приведення державної політики у сфері освіти у відповідність з її національними інтересами і забезпечення національної безпеки; здійснення ефективного реформування та модернізації вітчизняної системи вищої освіти, підвищення її привабливості і конкурентоздатності на європейському та світовому ринках освітніх послуг, зокрема за рахунок підвищення її якості; забезпечення результативності державної політики і сфері освіти, що дозволить сформувати таку систему вищої школи, яка буде здатною стати дієвим чинником для соціально-економічного розвитку нашої держави. |
| Опис: | The article deals with analysis of administrative and legal regulation of education in Ukraine on the way to inclusion in the European and world educational space. The importance of education for the progressive development of the state and society is emphasized. The state of legislative regulation of the domestic educational sphere is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on higher education, which plays an extremely important role in the development and formation of the educated generation of citizens of our state. It is pointed out that higher education and science were the first to adapt to the European and world educational space. To this end, the state adopted a number of legislative acts that allowed for reforms in higher education and science. A special period of development of the modern educational environment took place with the adoption of the new basic Law of Ukraine «On Education», which outlined the basic principles of the educational sector. The need to create an educational system that can, first, meet the needs of academic mobility of students, educational programs and curricula; secondly, to introduce into the educational process individualization and liberalization of the educational process aimed at maintaining the freedom of personal development, as well as the high status and professional level of the teacher; thirdly, to realize the possibility of active involvement of citizens and employers in the process of joint financing with the state of higher education; fourth, to ensure equal access for all citizens to higher education. It is concluded that the reform and modernization of education in Ukraine should solve such important tasks for our country as: bringing state policy in the field of education in line with its national interests and ensuring national security; implementation of effective reform and modernization of the domestic higher education system, increasing its attractiveness and competitiveness in the European and global markets for educational services, in particular by improving its quality; ensuring the effectiveness of public policy and education, which will form a system of higher education that will be able to become an effective factor for socio-economic development of our state. |
