| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено дослідженню ринку інвестиційних ресурсів у галузі будівництва та чинників, які впливають на його формування. Розглянуто специфіку галузі будівництва. Розкрито класифікацію чинників впливу на формування ринку, виділено основні фактори, а саме економічні, законодавчі, науково-технологічні, соціально-політичні, та визначено їх зміст. Розглянуто кон’юнктуру ринку як один із головних економічних чинників. Проведено групування чинників за класифікаційними ознаками, що дасть змогу досліджувати та передбачити зміни в інвестиційному процесі загалом |
| Description: | The article is devoted to research of the market of investment resources in the branch of construction and factors influencing its formation. The specifcs of the branch construction are considered. The classifcation of factors of influence on the formation of the market revealed, the main factors the identifed, namely: economic, legislative, scientifc and technological, socio-political and their content is determined. Market conjuncture investigated as one of the main economic factors. A grouping of factors the carried out according to the classifcation criteria, which will allow investigating and anticipating changes in the investment process as a whole |
