| Abstract: | Розглянуто особливості проведення допиту різних категорій осіб для більш швидкого розслідування досліджуваної категорії кримінальних правопорушень. Зазначено, що однією з найбільш поширених слідчих (розшукових) дій в кримінальних провадженнях найрізноманітніших категорій є допит, який актуальний і під час розслідування крадіжок багажу пасажирів в аеропортах. За результатами анкетування працівників правоохоронних органів встановлено, що здебільшого допити потерпілих від крадіжок багажу в аеропорті визначаються як джерело, з якого найчастіше можна отримати інформацію для висування версій щодо особистості злочинця та подальших слідчих (розшукових) дій. Серед найбільш поширених організаційно-підготовчих заходів до проведення допиту при розслідуванні крадіжок багажу пасажирів в аеропортах було визначено такі: вивчення матеріалів кримінального провадження; збирання вихідних даних, що стосуються предмета допиту; вивчення особи допитуваного; визначення технічного забезпечення допиту. |
| Description: | The article deals with some aspects of investigating theft of luggage by citizens at the airport. The features of interrogation of different categories of persons for faster investigation of the investigated category of criminal offenses are considered. The peculiarities of interrogations during the investigation of thefts of passengers’ baggage committed at the airport have not been fully studied, taking into account the current Criminal Procedura Code of Ukraine and current needs of law enforcement practice. The author notes that one of the most common investigative (search) actions in criminal proceedings of various categories is interrogation. It also does not lose its relevance in the investigation of thefts of passengers’ luggage at airports. It should be emphasized at the outset that interrogation is a rather complicated procedural step in the context of its conduct and optimal results. Therefore, providing appropriate guidance on its preparation and implementation is absolutely necessary for law enforcement practical units. In a survey of law enforcement ofcials, we find that interrogations of victims of baggage theft at an airport are identifed as the source from which information about the identity of the ofender and further investigative (search) actions can be obtained in most cases. In practice law enforcement ofcials generally avoid and refuse preparatory measures, arguing: a signifcant number of proceedings per employee; limited time spent on preparatory activities; conducting interrogations on similarity with the previous ones and more. For efective interrogation it is necessary to use a certain set of tactical techniques. Among the most common organizational and preparatory measures for questioning in the investigation of thefts of passengers’ luggage at airports were identifed: the study of criminal proceedings; the collection of raw data relating to the subject of questioning; study of the person interviewed; determining the technical support of the interrogation. |
