| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто наявні у сучасній правовій доктрині підходи до розуміння категорії «норма права». На основі їх аналізу обгрунтовано та сформульовано авторську дефініцію досліджуваного поняття, що враховує різні аспекти цього явища правової дійсності. The article deals with existing in the modern legal doctrine approaches to un¬derstanding the category "ruleof law". On the basis of their analysis the author has substantiated and formulated the definition of the analyzed concept which takes into account various aspects of this phenomenon of legal reality. |
