The scientific article is devoted illumination of some aspects of
unlawful imprisonment and kidnapping committed. Attention is accented on the methods of illegal imprisonment and theft of man as to the element of criminalistic description. Criminalistics description of any crime consists of row of elements. Constituents are
marked depending on position of author and corresponding empiric data can change both qualitatively, and in number. At the same time, the mandatory member of criminalistics description is a method of commission of crime. In fact his researches are necessary for
establishment of face of criminal, effective realization of separate inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions, advancement of criminalistics versions, realization of criminal investigation events and others like that. In addition, without him it is impossible to investigate
the objective side of criminal offence. Investigation of illegal imprisonment and theft of man in most cases is characterized the detailed events in relation to preparation, direct feasance and concealment. Taking into account marked, research of the marked element in criminal realizations of this category is obligatory.
And development of him clear to the construction in the system of criminalistics description will allow to the investigator to carry out the row of organizational and judicial events. Therefore there is complete, all-round and careful research of method of feasance of illegal imprisonment and theft of man on the initial stage of investigation an important moment.
