| Короткий огляд (реферат): | В статті розглянуто розвиток соціально-економічних систем як складну науковою категорією, що потребує всебічного вивчення, досліджено сутність зовнішнього середовища, наведено перелік факторів впливу зовнішнього середовища регіону, побудовано мережеві зв’язки зовнішнього і внутрішнього середовища регіону, доведено, що оцінка зовнішніх факторів регіональної соціально-економічної системи є проблемою комплексного характеру, яка вимагає застосування різних методів дослідження зовнішніх факторів впливу на розвиток регіону, розглянуто методи дослідження впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на розвиток регіональної системи, представлено класифікацію методів дослідження впливу зовнішніх факторів, обґрунтовано метод оцінки впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на розвиток регіону, запропоновано методичний підхід до оцінки впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на розвиток регіону інструментами GAP-аналізу. |
| Опис: | The article deals with the development of socio-economic systems as a complex scientific category that needs comprehensive study, the nature of the external environment is investigated. The external environment is a source of filling the region with various types of resources. At the same time, the constant interdependent link between the region and its external environment factors enables the development of the regional socio-economic system. Development as a process is conditioned by both internal and external factors. Macro-level factors are external factors that occur outside the region. This group of factors includes economic, social, political, legal conditions that arise under the influence of restrictive or stimulating measures for the development of the region by the external environment. The analysis of political and legal factors is to find out what changes in legislation and regulation are possible as a result of the adoption of new laws and regulations. Assessing the impact of social factors gives you an idea of the change in the social component of the development of the region. The analysis of technological factors allows to see in a timely manner the opportunities which the development of science and technology opens for improvement of the quality of products manufactured in the region. The list of factors of influence of the external environment of the region is given, the network connections of the external and internal environment of the region are built, it is proved that the assessment of external social factors -economic system is a complex problem, which requires the use of different methods of investigation of external factors affecting the development of the region, considered o methods of studying the influence of environmental factors on the development of the regional system, presents a classification of methods of studying the influence of external factors. Modeling techniques often provides more accurate information about the behavior and characteristics of the systems and processes under study than when they are directly studied, while spending less time and money. The author substantiates that systematic approach allows taking into account current trends in the development of regions. Substantiates the method of assessing the influence of environmental factors on the development of the region, proposes a methodical approach to the assessment of the influence of environmental factors on the development of the region using GAP-analysis tools. |
