| Abstract: | Наукові центри могли б стати потужним механізмом міжвідомчої координації на рівні економічних районів, ядром розбудови інноваційної інфраструктури – мережі бізнес-інкубаторів, наукових, техно- та індустріальних парків (як це вдало було втілено в Ірландії), тим самим підсилити роль саме цієї ланки в економічній системі України, а також зв’язків між підсистемами регіональних інноваційних систем. Це дозволило б підвищити роль науки у розвитку РІС, забезпечити їх більшу взаємопов’язаність і дієвість, поєднати державні та регіональні інтереси щодо забезпечення стійкого економічного розвитку країни. Для цього наукові центри необхідно наділити відповідними повноваженнями та ресурсами і закріпити в Законі. |
| Description: | Research centers could become a powerful mechanism for inter-agency coordination at the level of economic regions, the core of the development of innovation infrastructure - the network of business incubators, scientific, techno- and industrial parks (as has been successfully implemented in Ireland), thus enhancing the role of this link in the economic the system of Ukraine, as well as links between subsystems of regional innovation systems. This would increase the role of science in the development of RIS, ensure their greater interconnectivity and effectiveness, combine state and regional interests in ensuring sustainable economic development of the country. For this purpose, scientific centers should be given the appropriate powers and resources that are enshrined in the law. |
