| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена визначенню сутності висновків Венеціанської комісії та їх впливу на виборчий процес в Україні, зосереджено увагу на виборах народних депутатів та відповідних нормативно-правових актах. Досліджуються пріоритети новітнього виборчого законодавства та створення системи гарантування конституційних виборчих прав громадян України відповідно до системи міжнародних стандартів. The article is devoted to defining the essence of the conclusions of the Venice Commission and their impact on the electoral process in Ukraine, focusing on the parliamentary elections and the relevant legal acts. We study the priorities of the new electoral law and the establishment of a system to guarantee the constitutional electoral rights of citizens of Ukraine in accordance with the system of international standards. |
