| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена правовому аналізу окремих дій російської федерації (рф), які мають фактичний характер посягання на територіальну цілісність України. Основні результати дослідження полягають у кваліфікації наведених у хронологічному порядку ситуацій, коли рф своїми діями чинила тиск на Україну з метою її послаблення, примушення до вчинення певних дій та усунення перешкод для майбутнього військового вторгнення на її територію. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the legal analysis of certain actions of the russian federation (rf), which have the actual character of an encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine. The main results of the study consist in the qualification of the situations listed in chronological order, when the rf exerted pressure on Ukraine with its actions in order to weaken it, force it to take certain actions and remove obstacles to a future military invasion of its territory. |
