Визначення кожної із перелічених особливостей організації оперативного пошуку первинної оперативно-розшукової інформації підрозділами Національної поліції України обґрунтовано конкретними прикладами практичної направленості. |
| Опис: | The author's article is devoted to the coverage of the peculiarities of the organization of operative search of the primary operational-search information by the units of the National Police of Ukraine. To achieve this goal, the normative base, empirical material and personal experience of the author are analyzed. The definition of each of the above listed peculiarities of the organization of operative search of the primary operational intelligence information by the units of the National Police of Ukraine is substantiated by concrete examples of practical orientation, in particular, which include: - the dependence of the object of operational influence and the type of operational information is planned to be obtained; - expediency of the operative search in places of sale or purchase of the property of operational interest is conditioned by the expediency of attracting not only persons who secretly cooperate with the police, but also the direct implementation of the study of the specifics of such places by operational officers, visitors, the establishment of the level and degree of communication between the fixation of persons who had not previously fallen into the police field of view, etc .; - increasing the effectiveness of operational search by working out different groups of people who can have information about certain events involving the confidentiality and the use of special tactical methods of psychology of operational and investigative activities; - the expediency of an early development of a plan and the implementation of organizational measures aimed at centralized collection and accumulation of information for each object of operational search, while taking into account the irrationality of attracting certain police forces in order to avoid duplication in work. |
