dc.description	The article deals with issues of a relationship between the specific conditions of professional activity and the level of anxiety of police officers is highlighted. The results of the empirical study provided an opportunity to demonstrate the relationship between the personal profile of a police officer and the possibility of professional activity. It is proved that the specific features of the police officer cause certain personal changes that cause difficulties in becoming a professional and negatively affect the formation of the functional system of his body, as well as cause destruction, reduce efficiency, efficiency and quality of tasks. Anxiety as a factor of emotional instability is a maladaptive moment that prevents the development of emotional-volitional, cognitive sphere, the formation of emotional-personal formations. It is believed that the emotional reaction, which is expressed in the form of constant anxiety, is a link between the psychological and somatic spheres and the importance of anxiety disorders in the genesis of psychopathological phenomena. This can be defined as the «trunk of a general neurotic organization». Prolonged stress and associated emotional tension are physiologically expressed in changes in the human neurohumoral system and are realized through the tension of the autonomic nervous system at different levels of regulation and, therefore, in this context, the mental factor is damaging and stimulating resilience. The main attention in the article has been paid to the analysis, comparison, systematization and generalization of data obtained as a result of psychodiagnostic study of functional states of police officers. The practical significance of the study is due to the need to comprehensively ensure all components of the health of police officers; taking into account the relationship between the personal characteristics of police officers with the effectiveness of their professional tasks; identification of significant indicators for timely detection and successful prevention of stress, conflict and other risk factors that constantly accompany their professional activities.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Висвітлено питання взаємозв’язку специфічних умов професійної діяльності та рівня тривожності працівників поліції. Отримані результати емпіричного дослідження надали змогу продемонструвати характер взаємозв’язку особистісного профілю поліцейського з можливістю реалізації професійної діяльності. Доведено, що специфічні особливості службової діяльності працівника поліції спричиняють певні особистісні зміни, які зумовлюють складності у становленні його як професіонала та негативно впливають на формування функціональної системи його організму, а також зумовлюють появу деструкцій, спричиняють зниження працездатності, ефективності та якості виконуваних завдань. Тривожність як чинник емоційної нестабільності є дезадаптивним моментом, що перешкоджає розвитку емоційно-вольової, пізнавальної сфери, становленню емоційно-особистісних утворень.	uk_UA
