dc.description	This article deals with certain problematic issues of legislative regulation of the right of free access to military weapons, discusses its nature and legal point in the Ukrainian legislation. At the present time, the relevance of this research adds to the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations conduct defense operations on the territory of Ukraine. Therefore, these military activities on the territory of Ukraine lead to a significant increase in the circulation of weapons, namely illegal. Officially unregistered weapons become a source of accidents, accidents that in large numbers have lethal consequences. That is why the problem of legalization of arms trade, its registration consolidation and improvement of normative-legal provisions of its use is topical for Ukrainian society at the present time. The research analyzed the legal aspects of legislative regulation of circulation of civilian military weaponry in Ukraine. The human right to life, health, honor and dignity, inviolability and personal security are natural human rights and must be protected in a democratic, legal country by an array of regulations. However, this is extremely insufficient and needs further legal improvement. One of the ways to solve this problem is to pass a law that will regulate the issue of ensuring the right of citizens to actively protect their lives and health, as well as the lives and health of others from criminal encroachment, in a state of emergency with firearms, and bring existing normative regulation in the issue of weapons in accordance with the norms of the Constitution. The analysis of draft laws proposed by the state to regulate the circulation of arms in Ukraine is carried out. The conclusions indicate the necessity of improvement of legislative provisions that regulate the circulation of arms, and suggestions for their improvement have been offered.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Досліджено окремі проблемні питання законодавчого регулювання права на вільний доступ до вогнепальної зброї, з’ясовується його природа й правова точка в українському законодавстві. На теперішній час актуальності даного дослідження додає проведення Збройними Силами України, іншими збройними формуваннями оборонної операції на сході України. Тому такі військові дії на території України призводять до значного розповсюдження обігу зброї, а саме – нелегального. Офіційно незареєстрована зброя стає джерелом скоєння злочинів, нещасних випадків, що переважно призводить до летальних наслідків. Тому проблема легалізації обігу зброї, її реєстраційне закріплення та вдосконалення нормативно-правових положень її застосування є актуальною на теперішній час для українського суспільства. У дослідженні проаналізовано правові аспекти законодавчого врегулювання обігу цивільної вогнепальної зброї в Україні. Здійснено аналіз законопроєктів, запропонованих державою для регулювання обігу зброї в Україні. У висновках зазначається про необхідність удосконалення законодавчих положень, які регулюють обіг зброї, та пропонуються та пропозиції щодо їх удосконалення.	uk_UA
