dc.description	The article deals with peculiarities of carrying out by police of Ukraine the activity of ensuring compliance with the rules and requirements of the permit system by the citizens – owners of weapons. Today the citizens of Ukraine, in order to ensure the necessary self-defense, have the right to possess firearms, pneumatic weapons and cold steel arms, devices of domestic manufacture for the discharge of ammunition, fired by humic or methane projectiles of non-lethal nature analogous in their properties, as well as ammunition for weapons and explosive materials. The violations in this article today are related to a large number of different kinds of ammunition, including belligerent outdoor, belligerent ammunition, cold, pneumatic, gas, as well as devices of domestic production for the shooting of ammunition, The analysis of the analysis of the lawful and strict observance of the permit system in this sphere has been carried out. An analysis of draft laws proposed by the state to regulate the circulation of arms in Ukraine is carried out. According to the current national legislation, the bodies of the licensing system, in particular, internal affairs bodies, take an important place in the mechanism of implementation of the right of citizens to arms. Thus, for the possession of weapons it is necessary to obtain a permit, which is issued by the authorities of internal affairs bodies. When carrying out permissive activities, internal affairs bodies shall issue permits to ministries and other central bodies of the executive power, enterprises, institutions, organizations, economic associations, as well as citizens, permits for possession, storage, transportation and use of weapons and special means of personal protection.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Досліджено особливості здійснення органами поліції України діяльності щодо забезпечення дотримання правил та вимог дозвільної системи громадянами – власниками зброї. На сьогодні громадяни України для забезпечення необхідної власної оборони мають право на придбання вогнепальної зброї, пневматичної зброї та холодної зброї, пристроїв вітчизняного виробництва для відстрілу патронів, споряджених гумовими чи аналогічними за своїми властивостями метальними снарядами несмертельної дії, а також боєприпасів до зброї та вибухових матеріалів. Порушені в статті питання в наш час пов’язані з великою кількістю різноманітної зброї, серед них вогнепальною нагородною, вогнепальною мисливською, холодною, пневматичною, газовою, а також пристроями вітчизняного виробництва для відстрілу патронів, споряджених гумовими чи аналогічними за своїми властивостями метальними снарядами несмертельної дії, котрі перебувають у користуванні осіб, на яких розповсюджується сфера чіткого, законного дотримання дозвільної системи у даній площині. Здійснено аналіз законопроектів, запропонованих державою для регулювання обігу зброї в Україні.	uk_UA
