Ввисвітлено питання, пов’язане з професійною підготовкою фахівців правоохоронних
органів у зарубіжних країнах. Визначено принципи, що лежать в основі навчання поліцейських, а
також уточнення специфіки, змісту та структури. Виявлено позитивні тенденції у поліцейській
освіті у розвинених країнах. Намічено напрями реформування та модернізації вітчизняної системи
професійної підготовки працівників правоохоронних органів як запоруки підвищення безпеки та
правопорядку в державі. Показовими є принципи, на яких базується підготовка поліцейських за
кордоном, наприклад: специфічна досвідчена підготовка, концептуалізація тренувального
процесу, розвиток фізичної підготовленості, індивідуальний підхід слухачів і слухачів, активне
експериментування. Представлено структури підготовки поліцейських у Франції, Великій
Британії, Сполучених Штатів Америки. Проаналізовано роботу навчальних центрів, перераховано
види навчання та виявлено вимоги до підготовки поліцейських. The article is devoted to the coverage of the issue related to the professional
training of law enforcement specialists in foreign countries. The principles underlying the training of
police officers, as well as clarifying the specifics, content and structure, have been identified. Positive
trends in police education in developed countries. The directions of reforming and modernization of the
domestic system of professional training of law enforcement officers are outlined as a guarantee of
improving security and law and order in the state.
