| Abstract: | In modern society one of the most actual question is the threat of an ecological catastrophe that has reached the global level. Economic development has led to the rapid accumulation of physical and human capital through exhaustion and degradation of natural capital. There are many ecological problems which need the solution right now. The amount of environmental problems makes it necessary to develop and implement measures to all spheres of human activity. The importance of the topic raised for the first time was recorded in the Report of the International Commission on Environment and Development in 1987, in which the "sustainable development concept" was first defined at the international level. And the Climate Summit in Paris on December 11, 2015, started the real implementation of green technologies, environmental and economic concepts that were developed by many international conferences, where the principles and recommendations for a balanced solution of socio-economic objectives and the preservation of the natural environment and natural resource potential during the transition to sustainable development on the way to green economy were developed: Rio de Janeiro Conference (1992), Kyoto Protocol (1997), Development Finance Conference (Monterrey, 2002), World Summit on Sustainable Development (Johannesburg, 2002) |
| Description: | У сучасному суспільстві одним з найбільш актуальних питань є загроза екологічного впливу катастрофа, що досягла світового рівня. Економічний розвиток призвів до швидке накопичення фізичного та людського капіталу шляхом виснаження та деградації природного капіталу. Є багато екологічних проблем, які потребують правильного вирішення зараз. Сума екологічних проблем вимагає розвитку і впроваджувати заходи у всіх сферах людської діяльності. Важливість теми піднята вперше була зафіксована у звіті Міжнародної комісії від Навколишнього середовища та розвитку в 1987 р., В якому "сталий розвиток Концепція "була вперше визначена на міжнародному рівні. І кліматичний саміт у Парижі 11 грудня 2015 року розпочав реальне впровадження зелених технологій, екологічні та економічні концепції, які були розроблені багатьма міжнародними конференції, де будуть розроблені принципи та рекомендації щодо збалансованого вирішення соціально-економічні цілі та збереження природного середовища та природи ресурсний потенціал під час переходу до сталого розвитку на шляху до зеленого були розроблені: Конференція в Ріо-де-Жанейро (1992), Кіотський протокол (1997), Конференція з питань фінансування розвитку (Монтеррей, 2002), Всесвітній саміт зі сталого розвитку Розвиток (Йоганнесбург, 2002) |
