| Abstract: | Розглянуто актуальні питання джерел права в адміністративному судочинстві. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до розуміння джерел права, їх системи та підходів до групування, що склалися в юридичній науці. Наведено авторські підходи до поділу системи джерел права в адміністративному судочинстві. The article deals with pressing issues of sources of law in the administrative rule-making. In the article the author has analysed the scientific going near understanding of sources of right, their system and going near grouping, that was folded in legal science. There are authorial approaches in relation to the division of the system of sources of right in the administrative rule-making. |
