| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті проаналізовано роль та значення моделювання у розвитку економічної науки та економічних процесів, наведено класифікацію моделей та функції моделювання на різних етапах. Визначено місце та роль моделювання в управлінні змінами регуляторної політики розвитку національної економіки. Представлено підхід до управління змінами регуляторної політики розвитку національної економіки, який базується на моделювання впливу регуляторної політики на розвиток національної економіки. Визначено етапи моделювання впливу регуляторної політики на розвиток національної економіки, що представлено як сукупність аналітико-пізнавального та оптимізаційно-пошукового етапів. Запропоновано моделі, на основі яких може бути визначено індикатор результатів регуляторної політики в певній сфері національної економіки. |
| Опис: | The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to managing changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy based on modelling the impact of the regulatory policy on the development of the national economy. The role and significance of modelling in the development of economic science and economic processes are analysed, a classification of models and modelling functions at different stages is presented. It is determined that modelling is an important tool of management of change in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy as a complex dynamic process. Different variants of models of the dependence of the development index in a certain sphere of the national economy on the indicator of regulatory policy are considered. The models are proposed, based in which the indicator of the results of regulatory policy in a certain sphere of the national economy can be determined. The criteria for assessing model validation for adequacy and reliability with the use of standard criteria are determined. Based on the proposed models, it is proposed to determine the coefficient of elasticity, which will correspond to the indicator of the results of regulatory policy. The approach to managing changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy is developed, which, unlike the others, is based on modelling the regulatory policy’s influence on the development of the national economy. In the proposed approach, modelling allows, firstly, to build economic and mathematical models of the dependence of aggregated development indices by the national economy sectors on generalizing regulatory policy indices and, secondly, to determine the necessary changes in the regulatory policy of the development of the national economy. The sequence of modelling of the influence of regulatory policy on the development of the national economy is improved, which, unlike the others, foresees the identification of analytical-cognitive and optimization-search stages with a clear separation of the functions, methods, and procedures inherent in each of them, the consistent application of which allows not only to obtain fair view of the development of the national economy but also to identify ways to accelerate it through the influence of regulatory policy. |
