| Abstract: | Проаналізовано повноваження Національної поліції України з надання дозвільних послуг при створенні та утриманні тирів, стрільбищ та мисливських стендів. Розкриваються проблеми правового регулювання даної сфери діяльності Національної поліції, визначаються шляхи їх подолання та вдосконалення норм чинного законодавства. The article analyzes the powers of the National Police of Ukraine to provide permitting servics for the creation and maintenance of shooting galleries, shooting guns and hunting stands. The problems of legal regulation of this sphere of activity of the National Police are revealed and the ways of their overcoming and improving the norms of the current legislation are determined. |
