| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано і визначено порядок організації та несення служби з охорони державних та інших особливо важливих об‘єктів різних форм власності. Досліджено основи взаємодії підрозділів охорони, військових частин тощо з органами державної влади та органами місцевого самоврядування, іншими взаємодіючими органами, права та обов‘язки, а також порядок участі в здійсненні заходів правового режиму надзвичайного або воєнного стану, ліквідації наслідків надзвичайних або кризових ситуацій на об‘єктах, що охороняються. Порядок реагування на протиправні дії внутрішнього та зовнішнього характеру. Виконано узагальнення та аналіз заходів та засобів організації системи охорони об‘єктів інформаційної діяльності, здійснено систематизацію положень фізичного та інженерно-технічного захисту цих об‘єктів і наявних інформаційних ресурсів. |
| Description: | he article analyzes and defines the procedure for organizing and providing services for the protection of the state and other especially important objects of various forms of ownership. The basics of interaction between security units, police, military units, etc., with government and local government bodies, and other interacting bodies are being studied. Defines the rights and obligations of protection, as well as the procedure for participation in the implementation of measures of the legal regime of a state of emergency or martial law, liquidation of the consequences of emergencies or crises at protected sites. The procedure for responding to illegal actions of an internal and external nature, terrorist, military manifestations, groups of persons, etc. Ensuring the inviolability of the object and its property, preventing intruders from entering the object (from the object), stopping the attack on the object. an object that prevents terrorist acts and participates in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies or crises at the object. The generalization and analysis of measures and means of organizing the system of protection of objects of information activity is carried out, the systematization of the provisions of physical and engineeringtechnical protection of these objects and available information resources is systematized. Security carries a wide range of restrictive measures. In accordance with this, the protection of office premises functions in the form of establishing its corresponding modes: access and inside the facility. Access control is an integral part of the overall security system of the unit. It includes: the procedure for receiving visitors and issuing passes; the procedure for the admission of persons; the procedure for the passage of vehicles and material values; the procedure for documenting violations of access control. Special mode of operation of the premises and in the designated areas where the units of the security and defense forces are located provides for storage modes (special procedure for issuing and receiving) firearms, restricted access documents, mobilization documents, the existence of a procedure for keeping detainees and, among other things, the procedure for admitting citizens and officials (access control) are still in the premises and on the allocated territories. |
