| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми врахування ризиків, що виникають у процесі розвитку національної економіки як соціально-економічної системи. Встановлено, що найбільш суттєвими є ризики, пов’язані з імпульсами розвитку. Такими імпульсами є інвестиції в основний капітал та величина витрат на інноваційну діяльність. Виявлено, що саме на мінімізацію ризиків у сфері інвестування та фінансування інноваційної діяльності має спрямовуватися дія драйверів управління розвитком, розглянуто механізм цього впливу. Визначена оптимальна структура капітальних інвестицій та витрат на інноваційну діяльність. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the problem of taking into account the risks that arise in the process of development of the national economy as a social and economic system. It has been established that the management of the development of the national economy is a complex process, which is carried out in conditions of uncertainty caused by the influence of many factors. Their influence should be the reason for the deviation of the actual results of development management at the state level from the expected values. To equalize the influence of risk factors, do everything to minimize it – one of the main tasks in the field of managing the development of the national economy. The main objective of the study is to identify the main risk factors associated with the impetus for the development of the national economy and to develop the ways to minimize their impact using the appropriate type of development management drivers. It is found that the most significant are the risks associated with impulses of development. Such impulses are an investment in fixed assets and the amount of expenses for innovation activities. The consequences of the influence of risk factors on the development of the national economy as a social and economic system are revealed. It is identified that it is precisely to minimize risks in the field of investing and financing innovative activity to direct the action of drivers of development management, the mechanism of this influence is considered. The optimal structure of capital investments and expenses for innovation activity is determined. |
