| dc.description | A wide variety of development theories are offered by different approaches, hypotheses, defnitions of the development process and, as a consequence, provided with different recommendations for methods and tools for its regulating. This situation requires a consistent analysis of the evolution the most important theoretical views on economic development, that is, the development of the economy or the economic system. The purpose of the article is to investigate the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the national economy’s development and to identify the relationship between its properties. The research of various theories of development, as well as the opinions of the authors who investigated it on the essence of development, allowed to distinguish the properties of development by categorical (continuity, irreversibility, orientation), content (interconnection of elements and interaction with the external environment, controllability, subordination to economic and social laws) and object (presence of transformations, alternative structural elements, prevalence of influence) signs. There is a correlation between the above characteristics, which is presented in the form of a system of agreed and interdependent concepts and categories. It is determined that the understanding of the development of the national economy should be based on taking into account both its abstractive and specifc properties, which can be represented as a change in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of the development of the national economy’s spheres as a result of transformations and the prevalence of the impact of change. The conceptual and categorical apparatus of the national economy’s development, which is presented in the form of the system of coherent and interdependent concepts and categories, which, unlike the existing ones, is developed using the inductive principle of their progressive research on categorical, substantive and objective grounds, which allows to distinguish the object properties of the national economy’s development on the basis of delineation of their properties and allows to develop indicators of its evaluation, as well as to justify the need for changes in the regulation of development of the national economy’s identifed problem areas. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract | Визначено, що розуміння розвитку національної економіки повинно базуватися на врахуванні його як абстрактних, так і конкретних властивостей, що може бути представлено як зміна якісних та кількісних показників розвитку сфер національної економіки в результаті перетворень та поширеності впливу змін. Досліджено понятійно-категоріальний апарат розвитку національної економіки, який представлено у вигляді системи погоджених та взаємозалежних понять і категорій, яка на відміну від існуючих розробляється із застосуванням індукційного принципу поступального їх дослідження за категоріальною, змістовною та об’єктною ознаками, що дає змогу на основі розмежування їхніх властивостей виділити об’єктні властивості розвитку національної економіки та розробити індикатори його оцінювання, а також обґрунтувати необхідність змін у регулюванні розвитку у виявлених проблемних сферах національної економіки. | uk_UA |
