| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті висвітлено питання застосування новітніх технологій у діяльності правоохоронних органів, що має суворі правові обмеження та здійснюється в умовах тактичного ризику. Подано загальну характеристику використання штучного інтелекту для обробки баз даних у кримінальному провадженні, вказано застереження Європейської етичної хартії про використання штучного інтелекту в судових системах і оточуючих їх реаліях. Надано рекомендації щодо застосування ігромоделювання під час планування тактичних комбінацій. Наголошено на тому, що в діяльності правоохоронних органів технології можуть бути застосовані виключно в умовах дотримання законних прав і свобод людини та для з’ясування істини у справі й досягнення завдань кримінального провадження. |
| Опис: | The work of the prosecution has strict legal restrictions, while acting in conditions of confrontation, confiict and competition. This situation in criminal proceedings makes their activities fraught with tactical risk. The use of new technologies aimed at predicting and modeling the possible behavior of the opposing side is a way to minimize this risk. In this regard, the article considers the possibilities of using new technologies to solve the problems of criminal proceedings. A general description of the use of artificial intelligence for processing databases in criminal proceedings is given, the warnings of the European Ethical Charter on the use of Artificial Intelligence in the judicial systems and their environment on these issues are indicated. Information technologies that are used to infiuence the behavior of participants in criminal proceedings are considered. A recommendation is made for the use of gaming modeling, which refers to the process of building (reproducing, simulating) the possible behavior of specific individuals (groups of individuals) in certain conditions of interaction (confiict, confrontation, competition, cooperation) to determine the most likely actions, motives and reasoning. Modern technology development creates a need for law enforcement agencies to modernize their own methods and techniques aimed at combating crime. Such measures should be carried out taking into account the actions of the opposing side and be focused on the present and future of the environment. The use of new technologies by law enforcement agencies should be carried out in strict observance of human rights and freedoms and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the tasks of criminal proceedings. |
