| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Розглянуто основні чинники зовнішнього середовища діяльності керівників органів МВС України, що впливають на формування їх стилю управління. Обґрунтовується необхідність опори на ситуативні (динамічні), а не на класичні (статичні) теорії вивчення лідерства і керівництва в організації. Пропонується алгоритм формування індивідуального стилю управління керівника на основі досвіду оперативно-службової діяльності органів системи МВС України. Розкрито структуру та зміст розробленої методики щодо формування стилю управління керівника залежно від умов виконання оперативно-службових завдань. |
| metadata.dc.description.sponsorship: | The need to strengthen the rule of law, ensure public stability, protect the rights and freedoms of the individual and citizen poses special requirements for the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Achieving high operational and service results of these bodies is possible only with effective management, which, in many respects, depends on the social and psychological climate in the team, the nature of the relationships of employees, their cohesion, as well as the level of compliance with the style of management of the level of development of the team. Despite the wide coverage of the management of social organizations in the work of national and foreign authors matters the stylistic features of administrative activity of heads of the MIA of Ukraine in conditions of crisis of society as a factor in making favorable conditions for successful implementation of operational and service tasks developed not deeply, that caused the actualization of this problems. In modern conditions it is necessary to shift the priorities from activity at the result at any cost to work with people and achieve results through the development of teams, to solving problems related to stimulating the initiative and creative activity of employees, creating conditions for their self-realization, forming a favorable social-psychological climate in the team. Therefore, the issues of improving the management style in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are of great practical importance. The process of improving the management style should be carried out on an ongoing and systematic basis, rather than campaigning, one-off or periodic. The analysis made in this article does not claim to fully disclose the subject and the indisputability of the issues raised in it. Many of them require further study and development, and this research can be considered as a certain contribution to solving the scientific problem of improving the management style in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at the present stage of society's development. |
