| Abstract: | Розглянуто сутність права громадян на самозахист як основну гарантію їх безпеки. Визначено характерні ознаки права громадян на самозахист. Проаналізовано чинне законодавство, яке регулює питання самозахисту, а також визначає заходи щодо його застосування. The article deals with the essence of citizens' right to self-defense as the main guarantee of their security. The characteristic features of the citizens' right to self-defense are defined. The existing legislation regulating self-defense issues, as well as determining measures for its application, has been analyzed. |
