Форма та зміст позовної заяви

Abstract

Розглянуті вимоги, що пред'являються до форми та змюту позовної заяви у цивільному судочинстві. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо необхідності внесення змін і доповнень до цивільного процесуального кодексу України стосовно вдосконалення вимог, що висуваються до форми позовної заяви.

Requirements which are showed to the form and the contents of the statement of claim in civil legal proceedings are considered. The proposals of the need to make changes and additions to the Civil Procedural Code of Ukraine regarding the improvement of the requirements imposed on the form of the statement of claimlere formulated.
