| Abstract: | Розглянуто проблему схиляння неповнолітніх до вживання одурманюючих засобів та досліджено її вплив на криміногенну обстановку в молодіжному середовищі. The problem of declining juveniles to use intoxicating drugs is considered and its influence on the crime situation in the youth environment is investigated. Three stages of prevention are proposed, which will help reduce crime in the modern criminal environment of youth. Each of the three stages includes a set of different measures applied to children: 1) general-social prevention: interpretation of behavior codes, demonstration of good examples; 2) group prevention: to assist minors who have got into infavourable life conditions$ 3) individual prevention – concerning causes and conditions of Declination of minors to the use of intoxicating drugs. |
