| Abstract: | Розглянуто окремі ознаки предмета та об’єктивної сторони протиправного заволодіння майном підприємства, установи, організації. Надано пропозиції щодо внесення змін до кримінального законодавства України у сфері охорони господарської діяльності з урахуванням проведеного аналізу ознак складу злочину, передбаченого ст. 206-2 КК України. Запропоновано передбачити відповідальність за це діяння у розділі «Злочини проти власності» КК України. Reviewed by individual indications of a subject and the objective side of wrongful acquisition of the property of the enterprise, institution or organization. Proposed changes to the penal legislation of Ukraine in the field of economic activity on the basis of the analysis of the signs of a crime under art. 206-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Suggested that the responsibility for this Act in the section «Crimes against property» of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. |
