| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті висвітлено психологічні особливості оперативного спілкування та шляхи подолання конфліктних ситуацій, які можуть виникнути. Сформульовано власне визначення оперативного спілкування. Встановлено, що причиною напруженості і, як наслідок, конфліктів в оперативному спілкуванні є наявність психологічних бар’єрів: байдужості, підозрілості, ворожості, пересичення спілкуванням тощо. Зазначено, що відправним моментом оперативного спілкування є встановлення психологічного контакту, налагодження якого відбувається шляхом застосування здобутків соціальної психології у формі методики контактної взаємодії (МКВ), яка дозволяє усувати психологічні бар’єри, організовувати зближення і правильно діагностувати суперечливі якості особи об’єкта. Надано конкретні рекомендації щодо налагодження конструктивної взаємодії під час оперативного спілкування. |
| Опис: | The article highlights the psychological features of operative communication and ways to overcome conflict situations that may arise. Operative search activity is a specific sphere of life activity, which is conflictual in advance. To ensure the effectiveness of measures carried out within the framework of the OSA, and sometimes to ensure the safety of operational workers, it is necessary to properly regulate conflict situations during operative communication, applying the appropriate skills and abilities. A proper definition of operative communication has been formulated, by which we mean informational relationships between relevant subjects related to the performance of tasks of operative and investigative activities. This definition corresponds to the general idea of communication in the field of social psychology, which distinguishes such aspects of communication as communicative (information transfer), interactive (interaction), perceptive (mutual perception). It has been established that the cause of tensions and conflicts in operative communication is the presence of psychological barriers: indifference, suspicion, hostility, oversaturation of communication, etc. It is noted that the starting point of operative communication is the establishment of psychological contact, which is established by applying the achievements of social psychology in the form of the method of contact interaction (IC), which allows to eliminate psychological barriers, organize rapprochement and correctly diagnose the contradictory qualities of the object’s personality. Specific recommendations are provided for establishing constructive interaction during operative communication. Techniques that prevent the manifestation of psychological factors of conflict tension in operative communication allow not only to obtain valuable information, but also to recognize danger in time during communication and interaction with objects of influence. Taking into account the specifics of conducting investigative activities and the general psychological stress of the subjects of the OSA, it is advisable to use the highlighted techniques both during the establishment of operative contacts and during communication between the employees of the operative units themselves. |
