| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Проаналізовано актуальні проблеми автоматизації окремих видів поліцейської діяльності, які потребують повної або часткової автоматизації з метою оптимізації діяльності поліції та ефективного виконання нею поставлених чинним законодавством завдань. З’ясовано, що автоматизація потребує передусім якісного матеріально-технічного забезпечення та наявність кваліфікованих кадрів, які мають відповідні навички для роботи з певним обладнанням. Розглянуто загрозу декваліфікації кадрів внаслідок скорочення робочих місць, зокрема в поліції. |
| Опис: | Current problems of automating certain types of police activity, which require full or partial automation in order to optimize police activity and effectively fulfill the tasks set by the current legislation, have been analyzed. It was found that automation primarily requires high-quality material and technical support and the availability of qualified personnel who have the appropriate skills to work with certain equipment. The threat of dequalification of personnel as a result of job cuts, particularly in the police, was considered. The author notes that the automation of the activities of the National Police is an urgent issue in the light of the latest world trends and the development of scientific and technical progress. The article highlights the causal relationship, which consists in the fact that the need to improve certain types of police activity determined the implementation of their automation in order to quickly perform the tasks assigned to the National Police. This is evidenced by the experience of foreign countries, in particular the police of the United States of America, which in its activities turns to the automation of certain processes, which aims to make it more ergonomic. However, recently, in the framework of scientific discussions, the question of dequalification of workers in the case of partial or full automation of certain types of activities is increasingly being raised, and the question of the possibility of high-quality automation in Ukraine is no less relevant. Taking this into account, the author notes that the quality of automation depends precisely on the material and technical support of the relevant units for which partial automation is planned. The purpose of the article is to highlight the features of the automation of police activities on the example of the experience of the US police and the prospects for its implementation in Ukraine, as well as an analysis of the problem of dequalification of police officers. |
