dc.description	У цій статті вона спрямована на те, щоб показати психосоціальні основи гігієни праці спеціалістів економічної сфери. Сутність, види, складові та критерії гігієни праці визначають стан здоров'я спеціалістів економічної сфери. Принципи формування і розвиток їхньої професійної гігієни: виокремлено етапи, закономірності, динаміку. Виявлено психосоціальнау специфіку дослідження та рівні формування та збереження здоров'я спеціалістів економічної сфери. Концептуальна модель формування запропоновано та реалізується збереження здоров'я спеціалістів економічної сфери теоретико-методологічна стратегія системного та цілісного процесу в напрямі забезпечення націленості на результат, представлений у вигляді здорової особистості, яка відповідально керує власним здоров'ям і реалізує себе в суспільстві, а імідж фахівця, який самостійно ставить цілі щодо формування та збереження професійного здоров’я, обирає найкращих шляхи та засоби їх досягнення.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	In this article it is aimed at showing the psychosocial foundations of occupational health of specialists of the economic sphere. The essence, types, components and criteria of occupational health of the specialists of the economic sphere are determined. The principles of formation and development of their occupational health: stages, regularities, dynamics are singled out. The psychosocial specificity of the study and the levels of the formation and preservation health of specialists of the economic sphere are revealed. The conceptual model of the formation and preservation health of specialists of the economic sphere is proposed and is implemented as a theoretical and a methodological strategy of the systematic and the holistic process in the direction of ensuring the focus on the result, presented in the form of a healthy personality who responsibly manages his own health and realizes himself in society, and the image of a specialist who independently sets goals for the formation and preservation of professional health, chooses the best ways and means of achieving them.	uk_UA
