The purpose of the present study is to identify the factors contributing to the improvement of the quality of social services in residential institutions, which due to the imperfection of modern methods of assessing the quality of social services determines the need for its development based on qualitative criteria. It raises the need for study of scientific approaches to formation and development of social service institutions, improving mechanisms of quality management of social services in residential institutions of different types. To achieve the aim of the research, the expert survey among the managers, administrators, and employees of sychoneurological boarding institutions of Zaporizhzhya region took place. The main empirical indicators of the
study were: the factors of improvement of the quality of social services; the main reasons of low quality of social services; assessment of compliance with indicators of quality of social services in a residential institution.
Суть розробки, основні результати:
Метою цього дослідження є виявлення факторів, що сприяють покращення якості соціальних послуг в інтернатних закладах, що завдяки визначає недосконалість сучасних методів оцінки якості соціальних послуг необхідність його розвитку на основі якісних критеріїв. Це викликає потребу в вивченні наукові підходи до формування та розвитку установ соціального обслуговування, вдосконалення механізмів управління якістю соціальних послуг в інтернаті заклади різних типів. Для досягнення мети дослідження проводиться експертне опитування серед керівників, адміністраторів та працівників психоневрологічного пансіону заклади Запорізької області. Основні емпіричні показники Дослідженням були: фактори підвищення якості соціальних послуг; головний причини низької якості соціальних послуг; оцінка відповідності показників якість соціальних послуг в інтернаті.
