dc.description	The issue of gender approach to the physical training of female cadets studying at higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, introduction of modernized methods of physical training of female persons was actualized in the scientific article. It is established that the analysis of some scientific publications concerning the issue of gender mainstreaming of students and cadets of higher education institutions of Ukraine showed that there is no theoretical knowledge on the effectiveness of training of women cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, taking into account the physical and psychophysiological features of the latter, relevance of our research. Separate legal acts regulating the physical training of cadets of the National Police and determining the requirements for their physical level of training were analyzed. The definition of physical training of cadets was defined. The quantitative composition of women occupying positions in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was analyzed. The largest number of women is found to be in the police force. The current state of training of women cadets in higher education institutions was analyzed and their own vision is outlined. Establishing psychophysiological differences between men and women. Conclusions are made and theoretical suggestions are given on possible ways of overcoming the analyzed issue. Some scientific approaches to the issue of physical training of women in the institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were studied during the writing of the scientific article. The proposed study of a separate physical block, which takes into account the sexual characteristics of women, also established the urgent need to develop a separate methodology for physical training of female cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in particular, to develop a system of "female receptions" for the study of cadets. Further researches of the actual issue of gender issue of training of female cadets in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are seen.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У науковій статті актуалізовано питання гендерного підходу до фізичної підготовки жінок-курсантів, які навчаються у закладах вищої освіти МВС України, впровадження модернізованих методик фізичної підготовки осіб жіночої статі. Були проаналізовані окремі нормативно-правові акти, які регулюють спеціальну фізичну підготовку курсантів Національної поліції та визначають вимоги до їх фізичного рівня підготовки. Визначено дефініцію фізичної підготовки курсантів. Проаналізовано сучасний стан підготовки жінок-курсантів у закладах вищої освіти та надано власне бачення щодо окресленої проблематики. Встановлені психофізіологічні відмінності чоловіків та жінок. Зроблено висновки та надано теоретичні пропозиції щодо можливих шляхів подолання аналізованого питання. Запропоноване вивчення окремого фізичного блоку, в якому враховуються статеві особливості жінок, також встановлена нагальна необхідність розроблення окремої методики спеціальної фізичної підготовки жінок-курсантів закладів вищої освіти системи МВС, зокрема, розроблення системи «жіночих прийомів» для вивчення курсантками.	uk_UA
