dc.description	Nowadays the most important issue is attraction of investment resources because investment activity is the main factor of development of all economic spheres especially capital-intensive as construction. Construction industry is one of the main economic activities in Ukraine. Development of construction branch leads to economic growth in the country and solving a great number of social problems as Ukrainian construction industry creates a lot of jobs and uses products of all branches of the national economy. While investigating the current state of construction industry and trends of its development it was determined that it is necessary to define important components (sequence of research) of the industry which can be used to make conclusions about its state and trends of development. Sequence of construction industry research must include structure block allowing not only to monitor the enterprises’ activity, but also to analyze its general condition and provide compliance of the system to the purposes and tasks. Examining sequence of research, it was proposed to consider such components as: macroeconomic state of the industry, financial condition, results of the production activity, human resources, results of investment activity. Macroeconomic state of the industry as the main economic development indicator of the national economy was analyzed. The quantity and the major directions of construction enterprises’ activity, their financial condition and profitability level were investigated. Important indicators of production activity results were examined. The results of investment activity and human resources capacity for the period of 2007-2016 were researched. The main problems of construction industry development were investigated considering their provision with investment resources and the problems hindering development of construction industry. As a result of the research it was determined crisis condition of construction industry because contribution of construction industry to GDP decreases, enterprises have low profitability, investment to fixed capital, capital investment and foreign investment shorten and there is lack of human resources. The main directions of industry development are attracting investment allowing enterprises to expand their activity	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	Статтю присвячено проведенню аналізу галузі будівництво та основним напрямам розвитку підприємств цієї галузі. Запропоновано визначити вагомі компоненти та послідовність дослідження галузі. Проаналізовано макроекономічний стан галузі. Досліджено кількість та основні напрями діяльності будівельних підприємств, їх фінансовий стан, рівень рентабельності. Розглянуто важливі показники результатів виробничої діяльності, результати інвестиційної діяльності та стан кадрового потенціалу за 2007–2016 роки. Досліджено основні проблеми розвитку галузі будівництво з огляду на забезпечення їх інвестиційними ресурсами та встановлено основні проблеми, що перешкоджають розвитку галузі будівництво та підприємствам будівельної сфери в Україні.	uk_UA
