dc.description.abstract The article analyzes the approaches to understanding the concept of the constitutional and legal status of the internally displaced person and on the basis of scientific opinions, the provisions of the current national and international legislation, and also taking into account the results of the author's sociological research, his essence has been outlined and an attempt has been made to formulate the significance of such a status for modern Ukraine. uk_UA
