| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Землі сільськогосподарського призначення, як і інші категорії земель, виконують певні екологічні функції. Охорона земель полягає у діяльності таких органів як: державної влади, місцевого самоврядування, юридичних та фізичних осіб, які спрямовані на захист землі. Землевласники, землекористувачі та особи, що орендують земельні ділянки повинні вчиняти дії щодо відновлення урожайності земель, слідкувати за захистом земель від ерозії (як вітрової, так і водної), заболочення, засолення, забруднення хімічними речовинами чи відходами, у тому числі виробничими та споживчими. Особлива цінність земель сільськогосподарського призначення обумовлена виробництвом сільськогосподарської продукції, необхідної для забезпечення продуктами харчування населення, кормом сільськогосподарських тварин і птахів. |
| Опис: | Agricultural lands, like other categories of land, perform certain environmental functions. Greening of agricultural activity, observance of norms and requirements of land and ecological legislation by subjects of agricultural production are of fundamental importance. |
