| Короткий огляд (реферат): | У статті проаналізовано, що в сучасних умовах поліцейські недостатньо навчені навичкам тактичної медицини в стресових ситуаціях, що потребує законодавчого та практичного вдосконалення з боку профільних закладів освіти. Також в статті виокремлено чинні нормативноправові акти, які регламентують порядок надання домедичної допомоги поліцейськими. Визначено основні шляхи розвитку тактичної медицини в Україні. |
| Опис: | Each policeman have to acquire proficiency in premedical aid techniques (in the amount of self and mutual assistance) on a battlefield, as well as he have to acquire proficiency in using of weapons, special physical and tactical training. The main task of tactical medicine is the ability of serviceman to provide himself premedical aid, regardless of tactical environment, for further implementation of the basic tasks. The program of training police officers in tactical special training, and hence tactical medicine, should be unified, because the standardization of the components of the educational process is one of the ways to increase the effectiveness of training and can ensure the highest quality results in everyday practice. It has been determined that in modern conditions, police officers are insufficiently trained in the skills of tactical medicine in stressful situations, which requires legislative and practical improvement by specialized educational institutions. It has been noted that emergency (pre-medical and medical) assistance may be required when calling the police. Such situations can be divided into two types: in the absence of threats (for example, a single accident) or in the presence of a threat (seizure of premises or an active shooter). When providing emergency assistance to victims, the main element of a police officer's actions is to assess the risk factors and safety of the scene, including when providing emergency assistance. In Ukraine emergency medical care protocols do not fully meet the requirements of police officers to perform official duties that arise in an atypical, threatening or emergency situation. Therefore, we believe that at this stage, the system of home medical training should be included in the course «Tactical Special Training», which will help future police officers in the performance of their professional duties and in saving lives. The article also analyzes the current regulations governing the provision of home care by police. The main ways of development of tactical medicine in Ukraine are determined. |
