Особливу увагу потрібно звернути на розвиток акробатичних здібностей. А далі удосконалювати силові характеристики прийомів фізичного впливу. |
| Опис: | The article identifies methods for improving and improving the effectiveness of training in hand-to-hand combat techniques based on the individualization of the process of special physical training. To increase the efficiency of the training process and improve the techniques of hand-to-hand combat, it is necessary to take into account the level of development of motor coordination abilities of cadets. Particular attention should be paid to the development of acrobatic skills. And further to improve power characteristics of receptions of physical influence. The purpose of the article is to increase the efficiency of the training process and improve the techniques of hand-to-hand combat of cadets who study in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. analysis of scientific and methodological literature on martial arts shows that the issues of coordination training and control of the level of development of coordination skills, set out in them in line with the general provisions of diagnosis and training of general and special dexterity. Scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical research methods, methods of mathematical statistics have been analyzed. Based on the data of literature sources, the state of the issue of improving the technique of hand-to-hand combat of cadets in the learning process has been analyzed. The authors have formed ways to improve the technique of hand-to-hand combat of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. As the most effective means of solving this problem, a comprehensive and systematic approach is used, which allows to combine the possibilities of educational activities in physical training with the possibilities of sports work as one of the main forms of physical training of cadets. |
