| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Досліджено нормативно-правове забезпечення впровадження та сприяння гендерній рівності в Україні. Проаналізовано актуальну проблематику не лише створення достатніх нормативно-правових засад, а й їх доцільності й ефективності. В Україні рівність чоловіків та жінок проголошується на конституційному рівні, що свідчить про наближення Української держави до європейського і світового рівня вирішення гендерних проблем. Невизначеність гендерних пріоритетів та невирішеність проблем гендерної рівності провокують негативні наслідки для всіх сфер суспільного життя. Обґрунтовано ухвалення Національної стратегії у сфері гендерної рівності. Стратегічні цілі Національної стратегії у сфері гендерної рівності доцільно згрупувати за сферами суспільного життя – у політичній, економічній, соціальній, культурній сферах. |
| Опис: | The article studies the regulatory foundation of the implementation and promotion of gender equality in Ukraine. The actual problem of not only creating a sufficient regulatory and legal field, but also its compliance is analyzed. In the modern civilized world, the ideas of gender equality are actively developed and implemented in all spheres of public life. In the legal aspect, gender equality functions as a component of the general principle of equality. In Ukraine, equality between men and women is declared at the constitutional level, which testifies to the approach of the Ukrainian state and civil society to the European and world level of solving gender problems. In order to comply with international standards and ensure equality of rights among all citizens, Ukraine has adopted a number of legal acts. Today the legal base on gender equality is gradually being reduced to international standards. Uncertainеy of gender priorities and postponing the issues resolution of gender inequality to the background provoke negative consequences for all spheres of public life. The adoption of the National Strategy of gender equality is substantiated. The strategic goals of the National Strategy of gender equality should be grouped by spheres of public life – in the political, economic, social, cultural spheres. It is important that the implementation of the National Strategy of gender equality is carried out under the close control of civil society institutions, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government Ombudsman for Gender Policy. |
