| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Здійснено кримінологічний аналіз стану, рівня та динаміки наркозлочинності в Україні за офіційними даними Генеральної прокуратури України за останні п’ять років (2015-2020 роки). Кримінологічний аналіз дав змогу дослідити коливання рівня наркозлочинності за різними показниками. Нами були досліджені такі показники: питома вага наркозлочинності відносно загальної кількості вчинених кримінальних правопорушень; динаміка відносно конкретних кримінальних правопорушень, передбачених статтями – 305 КК, 307 КК, 309 КК, 310 КК, 311 КК, 313 КК, 315 КК, 317 КК. Крім того, дослідження проводились за кількістю осіб, притягнутих до кримінальної відповідальності за вчинені кримінальні правопорушення щодо незаконного обігу наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин, їх аналогів. Також проведені дослідження щодо вилучених наркотичних засобів, психотропних речовин, прекурсорів. Проведені дослідження дали змогу реально побачити зміни, які відбулись щодо кількісно-якісної характеристики наркозлочинності в Україні, та в подальшому скорегувати зусилля щодо протидії наркозлочинності. |
| Опис: | A criminological analysis of the state, level and dynamics of drug crime in Ukraine was conducted according to the official data of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine for the last five years (2015-2020). Criminological analysis made it possible to investigate fluctuations in the level of drug crime on various indicators. We investigated: the share of drug crime in relation to the total number of committed criminal offenses; dynamics in relation to specific criminal offenses provided by articles - 305 of the Criminal Code, 307 of the Criminal Code, 309 of the Criminal Code, 310 of the Criminal Code, 311 of the Criminal Code, 313 of the Criminal Code, 315 of the Criminal Code, 317 of the Criminal Code. In addition, research was conducted on the number of persons prosecuted for criminal offenses related to illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues. Also, research was conducted on seized drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors. The conducted research will allow to really see the changes that have taken place in terms of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of drug crime in Ukraine and to further adjust efforts to combat drug crime. Characterization of a specific type of crime in terms of criminological research is important for crime prevention. According to previous research, of all the criminal offenses committed, the third largest crime is drug crime, after mercenary and violent crime. Determining effective measures to combat drug crime is necessary only from a detailed criminological analysis of drug crime. Criminological research should begin with a study of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The characterization of drug crime will allow us to draw conclusions about the introduction of more effective measures to prevent drug crime, the correct deployment of forces to combat drug crime. Fluctuations (positive or negative dynamics) of drug crime will show where miscalculations were made regarding counteraction. Criminological analysis of drug crime was conducted by domestic scientists, namely: Bilash O.V., Bova A.A., Varga Yu.Yu., Sergey M.O., Stupnyk Ya.V. and other. Measures to combat drug crime have been identified in scientific studies, but insufficient attention has been paid to mono-research on fluctuations in drug crime rates in Ukraine. |
