dc.descriptionThe article describes the main reasons for the emergence of the shadow economy and the consequences of its impact on Ukraine's economic security. A comparative analysis of the level of the shadow economy of Ukraine with other countries of the world was carried out. The ratings that indicate the unsatisfactory state, which significantly affect the shadow economy, become its main threat, promote economic crime, hamper development and endanger the economic security of Ukraine were analyzed. The process of shadowization of the economy is a threat to the economic security of Ukraine. It negatively affects all areas of life, the volumes and structure of the gross domestic product (GDP), leads to a loss of tax revenues and forces the state to borrow loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which leads to an increase in debt obligations of the state. The shadow economy is a phenomenon that manifests itself in the economic systems of all countries of the world. One of the important and priority directions of the state in combating the negative effects of the shadow economy is the improvement of the existing legislative framework governing the national economy and the implementation of measures to withdraw funds from the shadow and use them in the real economy. The high volume of the shadow economy in the national economy negatively affects the economic security of certain sectors of the economy, causes economic instability and harms national securityuk_UA

Виконано порівняння аналізу рівня тіньової економіки України з іншими країнами світу. Проаналізовано рейтинги, які свідчать про незадовільний стан України за багатьма показниками, суттєво впливають на тіньову економіку, стають її головною загрозою, сприяють зростанню економічної злочинності, стримують розвиток та створюють загрозу економічній безпеці держави.uk_UA
